Welcome to Addison Concrete Contractors! By using our website, contacting us for services, or hiring us for a project, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before doing business with us.

1. Services Offered

We provide residential and commercial concrete services throughout Addison, TX and surrounding areas. Our work includes (but isn’t limited to):

  • Concrete Driveways
  • Patios
  • Walkways
  • Retaining Walls
  • Decorative and Stamped Concrete
  • Slabs and Foundations

Service details and expectations are confirmed in writing through estimates or contracts before work begins.

2. Estimates & Payment Terms

  • Estimates are free and valid for 30 days.
  • A deposit may be required to schedule the job or order materials.
  • Full payment is typically due upon completion unless other arrangements are made.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees or postponed warranty coverage.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased.
  • Weather or material delays may require us to reschedule — we’ll always keep you informed.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Most of our concrete projects include a 1-year workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

Warranties do not cover:

  • Natural cracks from ground shifting or settling
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters
  • Color variation or surface imperfections inherent to concrete

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe, clear access to the worksite
  • Disclose any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or septic systems
  • Keep pets and children away from the project area during work hours

We’re not responsible for delays or damages caused by undisclosed site conditions.

6. Website Use

Our website is intended for informational and service-request purposes only. By using it, you agree not to copy, republish, or misuse any of its content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality service, Addison Concrete Contractors is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays due to weather, supplier issues, or client changes
  • Failures due to customer-supplied materials or designs
